HELP

Question

So I keep taking naps during the day.  But thing is if I have a nap it affect my  nighttime sleep.

Thing is if I go somewhere for at least an hour I don't.

But, I an sometimes alone at home

I mean I'm 16 BUT I can't drive bc of my vision and even if I could I don't have a car so......

Help!!

Don't just stay stop napping bc that isn't helpful.

Personally i sleep for 16 hours so i dont have your problem

(My stupid butt its super lazy)

Change your sleep schedule. If you are going to bed at 9:00 pm and waking up at 6:00 am, consider going to bed a few hours earlier.
