HELP SOMEONE PLEASE

I recently watched something really scary and yesterday night I slept under 2 hours and last night I had a panic attack and stopped breathing normally so could someone help me please and tell me how to get it out of my head and finally sleep normally

I think you should tell you parents or an adult you're comfortable with. If it's something you shouldn't have watched, well then it's up to you - stay with those thoughts or tell an adult and POSSIBLY get in trouble but have it off your chest.

I have told them but they don’t know how to help me they just try to make sure I breathe all right but is there a way to get rid of it from my head????

You could ask whoever feels comfortable for a hug..? That's what I would do.
