Someone leaked my phone number to other people and now they're spreading rumors about me. People have already ruined my golden reputation for reasons I dont even think I can say on here without getting insta banned... I'm worried... I'm scared... I'm at a loss... I can't think straight... I have vocaloid blasting in my ears which isn't helping. It always helps... I can't help thinking about it... Are they going to keep spreading the rumors? will I need a new phone number? what do I do right now, i'm breathing steadily and I'm good at not expressing emotions of fear [again for reasons I don't know if I can share] so nobody knows... help...

I think you should get a new phone number. But you should definitely tell a parent or trusted guardian

I would change your phone number. I obviously don't know what is happening, but that's probably the right or best decision to make.
