The bootleg virus is a virus that has been spreading around KT recently. We thought it wouldn’t spread for another good year or so but we were wrong. The Bootleg virus or the BV is a virus that when an individual gets infected by it, they turn into a bootleg version of themselves. This may occur in the username of the user, or the description of the user. For example, the username name may change from leaf to bootleg of a leaf! Or the user’s description may say “I’m a bootleg of a leaf!” Or any other variation of that! The symptoms of this virus are coughing, sneezing, the feeling of being not real, feeling dizzy, feeling tired, and feeling nauseous. You obtain this virus by talking to a bootleg, even one message could put you in danger, owning a bootleg plush of your favorite character. Answers do not count until a bootleg response and you respond back.
Now you may be wondering how you can prevent yourself from getting this virus. Maybe you just don’t want the virus or maybe you want to talk to bootlegs. Well, there is a vaccine for it but because this virus is so strong, it only works for 1 hour to a week. There is also a VERY limited supply in pharmacies due to the high demand so you better stock up! This is the only known way to prevent the virus.
