im heart broken my dad left for good!!

Question

on tuesday i broke my arm and my dad took me to the doctor he said it be okay then that same day he left cuz he was cheating on my mom with another girl! he did not bring his phone and its been 9 days what should i do he is all the way in oklahoma my sister says "you cant keep the bird in the nest forever you got to let it fly on its own one day" but idk what to do can u help pls?

Dear Nikki,

In 2019 on my birthday I found out my Dad was cheating on my Mum. He came back and left a lot. There was also drugs and abuse involved. As of April 2021, my Dad is officially back home and never leaving. I hope your situation gets better!

How do you know he is in Oklahoma if he doesn't have his phone to communicate with your family?
