Question

I don't wear crop tops,( i know I'm probably too young anyway) and I don't wear bikinis or anything else that shows my belly. I'm chubby and I've always been. it didn't really affect me when I was younger, but now I don't like it. I've tried to lose weight but that never worked, I've even done sports every year.

Okay, same. Especially since the pandemic started. I've been in a constant state of depression, eating, gaining weight, and then feeling depressed bc I'm gaining weight. Ugh, it sucks. But let's do the best we can do and keep going!

Maybe try running around the house 5 times I do that every morning

as someone who is chubby, i understand what you're going through. it's really hard to stop being chubby and i feel like you can do it, you just have to keep working out and working on your eating habits. unfortunately for me i'm a picky eater so it's hard for me too actually lose weight lol
