Alyx is a robot that teaches you emotional cues. People with autism can have a hard time navigating workplace interactions, so this robot helps them to recognize what other people are feeling.

Most autistic adults are unemployed. But Alyx’s creators say the problem isn't that they aren't qualified to work; rather, it's that working around others involves lots of small emotional cues that are easy for them to miss or misinterpret. Alyx was built to train people to recognize those cues.
