Every night you probably get ready for bed and have a good night’s sleep. Usually when you think of sleeping you probably picture yourself lying down and closing your eyes. The same is probably true for other animals such as dogs and cats. But what about other animals that need to constantly move such as fish. Although they do have to swim a lot, fish do sleep but it probably looks different than how you normally picture an animal sleeping. Unlike other animals, most fish do not have eyelids so they don’t close their eyes to sleep. They also don’t lie down when they take a nap. So how do fish sleep?

That took some thinking! If you have any questions you would like answered leave a comment below!
