Description

Radish time lapse with soil cross section. Showing development of radish from germination to flowering. Both - roots and upper parts of plant are shown.

This one didn't went according to plant. Initial plant was to make time lapse of a month or month and a half at most, but one of radishes started to bolt, which changed plan for time and composition. I didn't knew how tall it will get, so final result was a bit of a mess to work with.
It isn't very clear from the video, but the tallest one pushed over the other two while tipping over. If you noticed radishes turning at around 39 and 42 second marks, that is me turning them. I was afraid they might press to hard on glass and wither.
Part of flowering bit didn't make it to the final video. I might make bonus clips for that. So yes, full time lapse is longer than 68 days. In the end, plant was about one meter tall (~3,3 ft).

This was third attempt. First time one radish grew fine with roots along the glass, but roots of other two stopped developing after about four days. During second attempt one of the radishes failed to remove seed coat.

After about 80 days taste of radish bulb was very sharp (much stronger than it is usually) and a bit unpleasant, but that is expected, since it was overgrown.
