Im so annoyed rn i could punch a wall.
Usually i post funny and random stuff on this place but i need to get this out of my head.
My aunts ( my dads side ) wedding was yesterday and she had called my mom to let her know that it was a no kids wedding a couple weeks back. Understandable, there is a lot of wild little three year old cousins in my family lol. Me and my three siblings were a little disappointed but we got over it. Fast forward to the wedding day my parents head off and my teenager brother is (im not gonna say ages) minding me and my little brother. My mom and dad come home a little earlier that expected. My mom was frustrated and my dad looked like he was about to blow a fuse, i asked them whats wrong and Dad starts to tell me somthing but then moms gives him a look and they just give me a hug and tell me that they had a great day. Im kinda nosey, and when I heard them talking to my older brother about what hapend i cornerd him afterwards. He said that there had been loads of kids at the wedding in fact, nearly more kids than adults. Dad had been talking to a couple of his siblings (they all had kids) and realised that OUR family had been the ONLY ones who had got a call from our aunt saying it had been a kids only wedding. My parents had confronted my Aunt and her new husband about it after the ceremony and they reluctantly said that they hadn't invited us because of my younger brother. He has Down Syndrome and they said he would have taken the attention away from them. My dad got realy angry and my mom told everyone there, causing a scene. The bride burst into tears and her husbands side of the family sided with her and told my parents to 'leave, and stop making everything themselves' i was so angry when i heard all this, my brother has had to deal with this kind of discrimination before but never from our own family. This morning my parents recieved a ton of angry tests and phone calls from realatives saying 'they ruined the wedding' and 'They always make everything about my younger brother'
And yeah thats it. Let me know honestly who is at fault here.
