Mine is 9:30 when I get into bed and 10:00 when I actually stop reading and go to sleep

9:00pm on weekdays, On the weekends same time but I am not given a time to be asleep by I just stay up in my room until I feel like sleeping. I have a phone and I have to put it in my parents room by 8:00pm my ipad and my school computer stays in my bedroom (I am 12 so I am aloud to do different stuff than younger kids thats why I have my computer and ipad) I will be on my ipad from like the time i get in my bed to maybe like 1:00 -2:00am lol so ya and on weekdays I lowkey just stay on it till like 10 or 11

even thought I sleep at 9:30pm,  I am always sleep deprived. last night I had a great dream that Nihara (My bff IRL) and I went to Iceland and I woke up at the best part. I even have eye circles now-

On a school night it’s 9:00 but I have to be in bed and reading or doing my homework at 8:45 on weekends it’s whenever I want as long as I don’t wake up my family.

my bedtime is as follows;

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: I have to get off my game before 10:10 p.m. and go put my Xbox controllers, my school computer, and my wireless headset upstairs in my parents' bedroom. Then I give them hugs, eat my melatonin gummy and go to bed :p

Friday and Saturday: Same thing but I gotta be upstairs before 12:10 a.m.

fun fact: I spend ALL my free time on my Xbox and barely do any of my homework :D but my parents don't need to know that

I used to take a melatonin pill every night when I was younger (my parents made me even though I was perfectly fine), but then I told my parents that I didn’t need one and now I’m the only one in my family (other than my 3 year-old sister) who doesn’t take one every night.

The melatonin dose in the pill was 5mg per pill.

Melatonin itself? Nothing. It’s what your body produces to go to sleep.

The pills? Well, the more you take them, the more your body relies on them, so your body stops producing melatonin because the body is already getting it from a pill.

I had insomnia for a month so I couldn't have a bed time. Now, I am for 10:00 since my school starts at 7:00.

One of my best friends has really bad insomnia too, every time I spend the night I fall asleep and then I wake up she is rustling or reading a book. One time she told me that she sees her dead dog from when she was younger. Isn't that weird?
