First, find the rim of the sock. Take this waterproof sock for example:
The blue part on the very top above the black is the rim. (above "waterproof'") Then, fold your sock so it will look symmetrical on both sides Then, cut the rim along the lines so it will look like a regular hair band. There you have it! your own hair band.
