Question

I've been calling Deku "Deku" for a long time, and I found out his real name was Izuku Midoriya... But then I searched up what his nickname "Deku"  actually meant "Useless Person; Good for nothing" Xd

I was so ashamed that I called that beautiful boy good for nothing, but then I was relieved when I saw that Ochaco handmade the name Deku a good thing.

I'm Guilty. I know.

well, yes, birth name is Izuku Midoriya, but Katsuki Bakugo, (who he calls 'Kacchan') called him 'Deku' to make fun of him.

he read it was Dek-U

BUT, Izuku made it his hero name when Ochako Uraraka, said it could also mean something else, bcuz she read it as De-Ku
