Help! (Orginization help)

I really need help on how to make a better drawing set up!

I'm sure GH has some good advice, but I know some too! Queeny has her desk where she has all of her markers in a bag in a box with colored pencils, then a bag with random stuff. She has all of her paper in her sketchbook. Um, she justs put the boxes in huge drawers. Then, her desk setup is her clay faces and those wooden people things for you know, aesthetic purposes only lol.
