hi, i also do gymnastics, i've been doing it since i was 4 or 5. but, i've been in this certain level or 2 years and i still have to do another year! i'm stuck in this level because i can't get my squat-on,any tips?

ha,ha that's a different thing, a squat on is where you get on to the bar and jump to a higher bar. I actually just moved up because i did 10 squat-ons and I'm learning my new routine on floor, but thanks anyway!
