Question

Sometimes when I type out an answer and submit it, the answer count increases (as usual) but the answer just disappears. The answer gets approved anyways but it’s just when submitting it, it disappears. If I refresh the page, it pops back up. Do you know why this is happening?

Something I wish was different~~

If someone comments on your answer, but your answer isn't on the first page, it just stays on the top of the first page. Which is annoying, because I don't want to scroll and scroll and scroll to figure out who and where the comment is

Do you mean when you click on the notification or email link to the new comment?

Yeah, like the notification came from another page so like it doesn't take you to the place where the notification occurred and you have to find whatever page it was on and hope that it was the right one if there's more than one.

We are working on a solution for it not taking you to the correct page when you click on a notification link with more than one page of answers.

Yeah that happens all the time for me too but idrk that much. The worst bug is that every time I click on a post or the page reloads, it tries to sense where I was last and I have to wait like 5 seconds for it to skip around to different parts of the page before it decides that the last place I was is the bottom of the page. I hate it so much I've almost left KT SO MANY TIMES

We have not seen this issue and will look into it. If there are any specific steps you did to make it happen, please let us know. It could just be related to your browser caching the page, but we are not certain. Are you using a computer or mobile device?

Mobile device. Also, all I did was type out an answer and submit it. Most of the time it appears but sometimes it doesn’t.

To be specific the device is an iPad Air 4 running iPadOS 18.0.1.
