I keep hallucinating like A LOT…..and I don’t know how to calm myself down, I thought I’ve been used to it by now, but I still see and hear stuff, I even feel stuff touching my hand or my face…I’m so stressed.

Do you have any places that this doesn't happen in? Is there something you can do (Like, an activity) that will keep you busy?

find a hobby you like, and focus on it.

Deep breaths, relax. Think about something you like. No need to worry, just relax. Maybe listen to music or something to calm you.
