Ugh, why?!

So, I thought I was done with anxiety. I knew that it was obvi gonna stick w/ me for the rest of my life, but it hasn’t affected me for like, 5 months! Then, yesterday I started worrying about something and today I had a panic attack and gave worried bout random things! I feel like I’m having a relapse. What to I do!

I think that I may have it too, albeit not severe. What i’d say is use your coping mechanisms, and try to do stuff and listen to music that gives you a feeling of safeness and security. For me, I love to bake, it calms me and i get to eat yummy food afterward XD but it may be something different for you ;)
