hi! so i am getting braces and i need advice

You cant eat chewy candies, such as Sour Patch Kids. But you can eat chocolate and ice cream!

Braces will be sore for the first couple of days.

oof. cold drinks//foods are good when it’s sore? idk what kind of advice you need lol but if you get rubber bands make sure you wear them???
