Help! I feel real down lately, what should I do?

Hey! I'm sorry that you're feeling sad...

Try doing something that will make you happy! Like, if your hobby makes you happy, do that!

Talk to someone about what is making you feel down.

Can you tell what's bothering you? If not, its okay, but it might help me give better advice.
