This is more of a question for girls but I am not excluding anyone. This might be kinda gross to some people but just bear with me please.
Im kind of freaking out right now. I am around the age (10-13) where a lot of other girls are getting their periods. I started googling symptoms out of curiosity and realized I have a lot of them...
Examples of symptoms I am expieriencing:
Fatigue (aka feeling tired in the middle of the day for no apparent reason)
Tender...melons
Cramps in that certain area (I've been experiencing them for about a month but they have been more frequent, more painful, and more long-lasting this past week)
Bowel issues (I won't get into too much detail but im sure you understand)
Irritability and mood swings (I have anger issues and get mad very easily but lately my mood has been changing rapidly)
Lower back pain (Just yesterday I was walking around and doing my daily exercises when this sharp feeling hit my back and it wouldn't go away. I expierienced it the day before as well)
Idk much about periods but this is kind of scaring me. My mom even bought me pads today 'just in case'. What do y'all think??
