Hi everyone I’m so excited to share my first Minecraft tip for you! Over the next 6 weeks I will help prepare you for any Minecraft adventures!
First of all we are going to talk about building shelters/homes. This first home can be simple so it can be in a regular old field or forest. My recommended seed for you is a Forrest of some kind. As there wood is quite resourceful. A 2×2 or a 1×3 home works fine as luxury mansions are not really needed. Great thing to build out of are dirt, wood or stone. Yes dirt is not perfect, but it will provide you enough with safety for the night. Smelt some sand and make some windows for light (They are PERFECT to see the sunrise/sunset!) Also torches are useful however they require coal and for some of us that’s just not doable. If you see coal near your home (mountain homes may have some near by.) then it’s wasting not to grab it. Another idea if you really want coal is go into game settings and turn cheats on to move into creative mode type in the chat /gamemode c and to switch back /gamemode s (However you can’t earn achievements with cheats on...) you can also go to settings (You can find that on The screen that says save and quit) and switch to creative mode there.
