my parents are divorced and I am not very comfortable with the stress. I also don’t think I can talk about it around them and because of the pandemic, I cannot see my friends to talk about it. How should I deal with it?

That’s a tough one, but I’ll try to help!

Maybe FaceTiming or Skyping with your friends? I Skype with my best friend a lot, and it really helps us not be lonely during the pandemic!

I would say try to talk to them about it, but I know how tough that can be with a subject like this, so maybe write them a note? For me at least not having to say it out loud ups my confidence tremendously!
