Well if you have a crush why do you need to know what guys find attractive about girls , but if you want to know what girls like I can help.

Looks wise  : we don't really care although there are some  exceptions in girls most of the time we just want you to be well groomed

Personality wise : in general we are not gonna like someone rude , but if you're polite and kind things will be all right

Keep in mind these are just in general things girls likes some girls vary
