What do you think someone should do if they have a friend that they know is toxic?

I have a friend who is super mean and controlling to me, but I don't want to get in trouble or hurt anybody's feelings. HELP!!!!!!!!!

For privacy reasons I am going to tell the toxic girl girl 1and the one that helped girl 2 and the girl that she was mean to me about ****** (not a swear just standing in for someone’s name). wg23 is an abbreviation for my username.

So girl 1 was really nice to me to get close to  me and then after about a month she just started bullying me. I was scared to go into school and I thought that whenever she was at any party I was invited to that I should ring my mum to take me home. Then one day she just snapped during fencing.

She said that no one was my friend and ****** was only pretending so I would feel good about myself. Now I knew this was not true but I still ran out of fencing. Girl 2 made me tell a teacher and it turned out to be a huge miss understanding.

OMG I'M GOING THROUGH THIS!! we don't want to be their friend but they are forcing us because if u say no then they will cry and get u in trouble! Advice: Tell one of our true friends. Tell a teacher what they are doing and say u don't want to be their friend. If that still does not work then tell a family member. from; Orthina_brownie (Hope this helps!!!)

i have the same problem. I know its harsh, but ghost her. If u really dnt like her, ghost her. She did all these things to u. Time to give her a taste of her own medicine.

Felt girl. One of my friends/ cheer mates is so totally toxic, but I don't say anything, 'cause I gotta live with her at school and cheer for the next three years Perhaps at graduation I will just go OFF XD

Yeah, as Flower said, just try and distance yourself from them.

Just say sorry, get away from them ASAP, and find a new friend!
