im worried abt my dad

Question

I made a post abt this a few months back, abt how my dad has been having panic attacks. He is on meds now, which is good, but that doesn't mean its not still scary when he has panic attacks. His face goes pale and he breaths rly heavily and a few days ago when he was cooking, he almost fell over.

And this shouldn't affect me. But it does. My mom has cried bc she's stressed and I don't wanna stress her even more by telling her I had a panic attack a few weeks ago.

I just needed to say that.

I’m really sorry to hear all of this stuff! I think the best thing you can do is comfort your father and mother when possible, help him be calm and take good medication alongside finding out the cause of the situation. I’ve been through a similar situation, it’s scary but if I got through it I know for a fact you can ;)

My dad died from a heart attack during idk I think it was from the covid shot....
