there is something wrong with me I don;t understand my life feels like a train wreck my head hurt s nothing feels good anymore I feell happe but I just don;t after a while i just feel empty nothing is left but sometimes I just feel like not existing not like dying but just falling asleep forever nothing feels worth it

I don't know how to ask for the help I just learned I have rsd and trust issues

I thought i was better but I guess not idk nothing feels right

I will prob fell better later and respond to u guys but idk...................................

It is worth it. I was trying to tell kitkat the same thing! You guys are not even adults yet, so you haven't really lived long. You've never experienced having your own family, owning a house, or working a full-time job :)

I hope young kids and teens will stop thinking that life isn't worth it when they've barely lived.

I also might have rsd but idk.

Just take a deep breath and try and name your feelings, if there to deep and it isn’t possible that’s fine to, just try and work through them and do things you like.:)

Try going on walks to clear your mind or writing in a journal, what works best for me is to turn those feelings into story’s of people, scenery’s, lives of other people ect.

I hope you get feeling better it will pass even if it doesn’t seem like it will. ;)

What is RSD? Also I’m really sorry. I feel like that sometimes, but you’ll get through it <3 don’t give up!
