HELPPP!!!

Question

How to you guys deal with emetophobia?!! I have severe emetophobia, and it SUCKS!!!Please answer if you have any advice!

Try your best not to think about it, try to relax and if your in public you can go into the restroom and relax. If the place has a restroom.

That helps a little, but sometimes being near a toilet can scare me more, it reminds me of throwing up if i'm already thinking about it.

I have no idea how to deal with it!

If yours is severe, I don't know what mine is. I would offer advice to you, but it's really a problem for me, too. I'd love to hear some advice!!
