Maka a list of everything u like about urself and whenever you have one f those things creep into ur brain draw one from the do like list. Make a few copies too. of t for home,one for school/camp/vacation/aunt's house and  a few extras make more when ur on ur last one (if digital make only 1) update as needed.

I know how you feel, but you shouldn't  focus on the negative side of your life and instead focus about the good things and move on, who cares if some people hate you,or think your weird.. Not everyone thinks that

You are an amazing person your Autism doesn't make me think less of you, Also you are smart and funny and a lot of people think that too.

Your aunt just doesn't see how truly amazing you really are.

Having Autism sure ain't fun (ik bc my brother has it too) but it's also something that makes you a lil bit unique!
