Can you make it so we can re-categorize as we see fit?

I just think a lot of things need to be re-categorized, and that the people can do it as we think so. You would always moderate :)

The only person that can change the category is the person who created the original question. However, when it makes sense and we catch it, we try to fix things that are not categorized correctly.
