Hearts

Question

You may have heard that your heart is about the size of your fist.

Your heart is indeed located in the center of your chest; however it tilts to the left side of your body.

Take a tennis ball and squeeze it. This is about the amount of force your heart uses with every beat to pump blood throughout your body.

Your heart will beat more than 2,500,000,000 in your lifetime (average; obviously it will vary drastically based on lifetimes and exercise).

Short story long: take care of your heart. It does a ton for you, so the least you can do it pay it back. Exercise and keep it healthy folks.

I certainly need to do exercise (I only like doing games and sports outside with kids 5+ and I have a sister that’s 3, also my parents would rather walk so…).

I barely exersize bc I just hate phyical activity (always have).

So, I guess my heart isn't healthy.

But, I don't really care if it is. As long as I get to work for Mojang/ get to give minecraft feedback, share my theory and get the answer all my MC questions I'll be happy
