How do you make putty

I want to know how to make putty without borax or liquid startch

You just use water and baking soda.  You put a bit of each into a container and stir until it's well mixed together. But you NEED to put it in a jar so air can't get in!

Here is an easy recipe:

Pour in Elmer's glue, a tablespoon of baking soda, food coloring, and add contact solution. Stir.

I know this is not helpful, but I've been trying numerous ways to make putty, AND IT AIN'T WORKIN'! I've been trying and trying but all I did was just ruin a bunch of bowls. I recommend watching Jelly Rainbow, Will It Slime?, and Toys Channel. They are really good at making slime without the ingredients you don't have. I found them really helpful (although I can't do them :( )
