Het guys!Ok, nick names for the peeps in my story:
FRIEND 1: Catty
FRIEND 2:Nory
FRIEND 3:SeaH
I got back from my team sleepover.The beginning of the sleepover was kinda bumpy.So, Catty and Nory don't get along very well.At some point, Catty wanted this big, soft matt in our fort, and me and Nory and SeaH tried to convince her that there was no room, while she kept saying she couldn't sleep on hard ground.SeaH broke down and started saying she would call home (anxiety sucks).The older girls came into our fort and tried to sort things out.SeaH said it was all the fighting, not the matt.Then, because everything was going wrong, I started crying.One of the older girls came over and asked if I was ok.I said Idk cause I really didn't know.She told me it was going to be ok, while an older girl from our team came and hugged me.Then SeaH had calmed down and allowed the matt in the fort.I started to feel kinda dizzy, and my stomach hurt a bit.I stepped out of the fort and drank some water.WATER REALLY HELPS, GUYS!!!!!!Later that evening while we were eating dinner, I pointed out that I had cried too.Catty immediately said she had too.In my head I thought, well thats cause you weren't getting your way, the reason me and SeaH cried cause we have anxiety!Do you dudes have tips on how to avoid these breakdowns?????!
