I am 11 years old and is that too young for a crush?
anyways i might like this boy who is my friend and next door neighbor or maybe one of my besties who is a girl and i cant just tell one of them because I don't know if i like either of them or if i have a crush. I am going to call them Bob and Patricia
I am afraid that If i told Patricia I might have a crush on her, she would react in a weird way, because
1: We are both girls and what if she gets the wrong idea?
2: Uhh well its the concept of crushes in general...
3: I know she is really supportive of LGBTQ, just we have known each other for a while and i dont want to change things
4: She also already has a crush on a boy
5: She is 10 and i am 11 and that may be too young for crushes
Now I I'm just scared to tell Bob because:
1: He is really nice but how would he react to me having a crush on him?
2: He is kinda popular in my grade, probably lots of girls like him
3: that would be MEGA awkward because well we're neighbors and friends
4: He thinks we are too young for crushes
5: I have maybe liked him for awhile i am just not sure.
So, I am clearly having trouble with this situation, because I don't know if i have a crush on Bob or Patricia, or none, or BOTH. I am still figuring out if i have a crush, if i am bisexual, straight, lesbian, blah blah blah. I try to dress to impress Bob but frankly sometimes it just looks stupid.
And also did I mention that there are two Patricias and I don't know which one I like? aaaahhhh. One day I was sitting on a bench with Patricia at recess and she said she did not like how she had acne and thats why she wore a hat, so I took of her hat and said, "as much as i love swaggy barney, (thats what she called herself in a hat) you look beautiful the way you are" and she hugged me and it felt really good and the other girl sitting on the bench gave us a weird look like something was up and thats when I realized: Did I have a crush on Patricia?
And with Bob he is really funny and he is really nice and I try to impress him, he is a really good friend, and i like him, but I am wondering: Do i like-like him? So can someone just give me some advice pleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseandthankyou :)
