I did.

But when I installed it, it installed a bunch of other useless random apps (and reinstalls them with every update), so I'm trying to find a workaround.

You can install it side-by-side with Mac OS using BootCamp, just download its .iso file then do like what the application says

Android is a smartphone OS, so it doesn't have its own ISO Installer file.
