How do i post a picture???

.... so I was gonna add a picture so I clicked on the Lil picture button and then I went all the way over to the right tab and picked a photo and clicked 'ok' but it said that I need a URL... but it ain't a website, my guess is that it wants to know where on my phone it's located, but idk how to figure that out, anyone there??????

See our FAQ for upload help and other items. You need to select "upload" which is the last tab and upload the image. Next, click "send it to the server" to complete the process.

Tbh I feel like there should be an option for basic uploading cuz it tool me a long time to figure out.
