Another Kidznet problem!

Hello Kidzsearch,

I have a problem creating an account on Kidznet. When I created it, it said it failed abd try again later! Can you help me with that problem?

So, I think I need to put login. Although, it says my password is wrong. I know what my password is! I did not get it wrong for sure. So then, I had to reset my password. I waited for the email to reset it, but it never came. I don't know what I can do next! And then I try to register an account on Kidznet, and it says it failed a try again later. I keep on trying again later, although it never works! I was just wondering of you could help me with that please!

Or maybe because it never registered me. Although, its the same problem with kidztalk account that I have. I'm not getting the email. Can you please do something about that? Please!!

1. Type in your parents email.

2. Change the password by clicking "Reset Password".

3. Ask your parents to reset it after the email is sent.
