Every time I wear a mask, it makes my ears feel weird, and it feels like it's going to pop away from my face!

That is happening to you because the mask is to big for your face.

Mine actually really suffocates me and it's a perfect fit, just feels like I'm breathing in used air or something (which I am, my own.) Try wearing a different size that has space in the middle, and fits comfortably around your ears. Honestly I feel like I can't hear in a mask either, it's weird. I'mma maybe get a new one or fix my own.
