So, my friend Lily told me she was gonna drop our other friends, and I told them that, and now Lily knows I told them, and she texted me saying, Why the ... did you tell (name) and (name) I was going to drop them?? I dont know what to do.

if you are feeling bold, say something “i told them this because you are rude and fake for saying you will drop friends without actually saying anything to them.” if not, that’s ok! just don’t aggravate the situation and start insulting her. i also recommend to stop being friends with her if at all possible. hope this helps you! good luck!
