All around me are clouds. I feel the wind in my mane. The feeling of flying. Then, I wake up. My dream come true is over for it was only a dream. I roll over in my bed wishing I don't just have a horn but wings too. How cool it must be to be a pegasus. The feeling a flying seems like the sensation of only dreams. But, some how I manage to fall back asleep.
When I wake up again it is to my alarm beeping full speed. 8 o-clock! I should be ready! I hurry to brush my mane with magic of course! I can't be late for unicorn school. My lame school on the ground. I do long to go to the Pegasi school in the clouds.
I get to my stable just as the bell rings. And, paw my hooves on the ground as the teacher says, "Good morning students."
"Good morning, Ms. Crownhorn," the students reply.
"Today, we are getting a visit from a very special friend of mine. We are getting a visit from a Pegasus that lives in Catrina City. The city is located right above our school. She isn't much older than all of you." I perked up! The visit from a pegasus! Yay! "May I intruduce you all to Ms. Winghove!" My eyes open wide as a white winged horse walks in through the door.
Ms. Winghove talks for a long time about her life. It sounds very interesting. "Now are there any questions?" I raise my hand. "Yes?"
"Do you enjoy being a Pegasus? I have always wished I was one."
"Actually. I haven't always enjoyed being a pegasus. When I was not much younger than you, I wished with all my might to be a unicorn. To be able to do magic. I still remember what my teacher said to me. Be proud of what you are for that is what you are ment to be in the world. Don't ever try to change yourself or wish you were different. Just try to find yourself. I must go." Ms. Winghove walks away and doesn't look back.
"Students. I think we learned a valuable lesson today." And that is right. I never wshed again in my life to be a pegasus. I only wished to be what was truly me.
