Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. It is where people become so excited (not the fun kind) and have distressing episodes that can be triggered by things that remind the person of their trauma.

Honestly, agree!! I hate it when someone says "excited" in a differ context other than fun (haha, yes, I'm being hypocritical)!! I get confused and gotta re-read it for context XD
