So, I recently realized that I have minor anxiety.Just now I found myself not being able to focus on my reading plus because I kept thinking that someone very important to me might have died.This person went to NY for Thanksgiving and I thought "What if their plane crashed!!"I wouldn't find out until a week from now!!" any tips?

I have severe anxiety. I have passed out, I hallucinate (see things) every day. I have post traumatic stress too. I know what you are going through and you can always come to me for help.

Omg!I feel bad.Yeah, I don't pass out but sometimes its hard to breathe.
