NOTE*: While Asia seems similar to Rinji, she is not. A major difference (besides personality/appearance) is the fact of HOW they deal with their flaws/sadness. Rinji deals with it strongly, with a firm hold on it, but she still can feel hopeless and useless. Asia, however, deals with it with no help, with a feeble grasp (which will start to change as the books go on), but she has enough strength to keep smiling, like Rinji, but only because she hasn't wrestled with her dark side as long as Rinji has. Hope this explanation helps!
