My activity was deleted by arkzo yesterday (it was later restored)

KS and pumpkin said it was prob an accident, but here's something I noticed:

1. I sent Arkzo a PM asking what happened. He didn't respond, and a few minutes later, he disabled PMs.

2. When you block a user, you can still unblock them. Why didn't arkzo do the same immediately? The activity was gone for around 2 hours.
