Question

Hey GemHeart!

I have troubles making the proportions of my bodies good.

I always make them way smaller than the head, and it ruins my over all peice.

Do you know anyway that I could have good porportions?

Actually, FunHeart asked me the same thing! What helps is measuring by "heads". Take your fingers and measure the head (up and down). My character is 5 heads high. Draw the head, then measure the head. Take the measure and put them 4 or 5 times below that, and make a mark. On anime characters, the head, chest, and torso measures about 2-3 heads, and the legs are about 3 heads.

 

I suggest reading the how to anime books by Chris Hart, those really help with proportions. I have had this same problem!

I would love a twin, or a sister, or a sibling i can talk to. My half brother got kicked out of the house when he turned 18. I miss him. Not the person he is now but the person he was when he still lived with us. The one that would always be listening to music, skateboarding, playing games,or playing a skateboarding game with music. He used to sneak me candy from the kitchen. I miss that version of my brother, but now i only remember that version from memory.

My twin can be annoying a lot of times, and be mean to me, but at least I have someone to talk to? I guess I always wanted to be better than my twin, like to be a better copy than her. Now I realize it, I'm so better than her.

Aw... I am a quad, which means I have 3 sibs my same age, but I'm oldest cuz I was born first. I do sometimes wish for a big sib but eh.
